I have Dell XPS with windows 8.1has many issues. Does not update windows. It faults every time and has to remove all update files. This locks up PC as it continues to try installing update. It is only possible to stop reload failures, as Dell loads, by PC on off button. PC must be rebooted many times through F1 to open Windows 8.1.
