Reinstall From Phone
- On Start screen, swipe left to view the App list
- Tap on the Store tile to access the marketplace
(You must be logged in with a valid Microsoft account. The one previously used for purchases) - Tap on the Search icon (the magnifying glass)
- Type the name of your beforehand purchased app
(You must remember the names of apps you purchased earlier to find them with ease) - Tap on the desired app in the search results
- On the app description screen tap on the button saying Buy
(Do not worry, as it will not require any more payments) - A message will be displayed on confirmation screen saying you’ve already purchased this app
- Tap on the Install button to download and install it on your phone
This will go nice and easy without crediting figures from your credit card. Repeat the same steps for each application you need to get back.
Reinstall From Computer
- Open the web browser and log on to windowsphone.com
- Point your cursor on the text stating Explore My Phone near the upper right corner of screen
- A drop down flash menu will appear. In this menu click on Purchase history
- It is display a list of apps you have purchased in the past from Windows Store
- Locate any of these apps and click Reinstall
- If prompted, enter the Microsoft account and password for the confirmation purpose
